Harvest time: Spring teas usually have slightly more caffeine than winter ones.
Brewing style: A short gongfu-style infusion will extract less caffeine per cup than long Western-style steeping.

Strip tea is usually not kneaded, so it can retain more original aroma and emit a fresh and natural taste after brewing.
Flakes
Tea powder made from tea leaves retains the aroma of the tea but is perfect for cooking and baking
.
Select by Tea Flavor
Tea aroma is influenced by cultivar, terroir, harvest season, and processing — each factor adding a unique note to the fragrance profile.

From leaf variety to roasting technique, every stage of tea making defines its distinctive aroma.
